Fool the fairies, dodge the djinn

It’s the day of fools and tricks.
Tear up plans and go off scripts.

Lots of jokes and lots of fun
Time to poke and prank and and pun

Let us sing and shout hooray
For us goblin’s favorite day!

But goblins must remember
Come April or November

Goblin work is never done
Who else will bring all the fun?

I’ll tell you who, no one will!
No one else has our skill!

We have fun today and then
