Have you ever heard butter speak? Dustin has SUCH a soothing voice, and his stories are resplendent in imagery that transport you to wherever the origin of his tale is. I cannot recommend this enough, whether it is for a night's listen or while at work. THIS is storytelling at its finest.

Absolutely worth a listen! Dustin has a pleasant voice. Very glad this podcast was recommended to me. The stories provide a bit of a tour of the world, as different cultural stories are presented in these short episodes.

First off, if you haven't checked out Sandman Stories, you are slacking. Dustin is the definition of a story teller. He chooses stories from all over the world, and manages to make them compelling, believable, and wanting you to queue up more and more episodes. Like many reviews before me, it's hard not to agree that this man has the voice that is absolutely perfect for this show. Keep it up my friend, you are doing an amazing job.

Dustin's voice will certainly sooth the nerves and relax the mind, readying yourself for a good night's sleep. I don't just listen to Sandman Stories Presents before bed though, I listen at any time at all! Whether I'm doing some work, completing some admin or just having a relaxed day, Dustin will keep you calm and collected. With stories from India, China, South Africa (whoop whoop!) and more, SSP has something for everyone interested in folktales. Thank you for a lovely podcast, D!

Sandman Stories is the slice of serenity that everyone needs. Dustin brings so much to the table (or should that be pillow?) from his extensive knowledge of stories from around the world, to his delightful dialects and perfect pronunciations, all wrapped up in atmospheric audio. Such a great way to hear new stories and wind down at night (or 2pm if you roll that way!) Adults need bedtime stories, too, and this is just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommended!

The narrator has the most soothing voice, and as a lover of all things folklore I can listen to him for hours. Highly recommend this podcast.

Folk stories are the ultimate comfort even if they are a bit creepy sometimes. The lull of Dustin's (aka Sandman's) voice makes listening to these unknown classics all the more enjoyable. I suggest popping them in just before your nighttime prayers for a comfy, deep sleep.
