What an eye opener; We hold our scientists and doctors on high standards because they must adhere to ethical and professional rules. It’s quite shocking to know that some pioneers credited for life saving procedures/tools Have crossed an ethical line. J. sims is the Father of Gynecology but shockingly he experimented on Black slave women. It’s shocking as it wouldn’t have raised a single eyebrow 100 years because slaves were considered a commodity at that time despite the fact that Do No harm applies to all beings but humans were no equal then thanks to their skin tone. This was an excellent conversation and highly recommended.
