Your health, wealth, and relationships (or who you attract) is dependent on your frequency. The 8 steps in my daily routine help keep me at my best. https://scientifichealer.com/wakeupbrain

It is hard to remember to do these when you don't feel so good. The great thing is that if you practice them daily, you'll rarely feel bad. And on top of that, you'll get in the habit and it will become second nature to you.

Some of the things I mention here as described in the timeline below are things you may have heard before. These are things that I truly do every morning to keep my brain awake and ready to go for the day.

There are a few other things I do invariably, which includes a good night's sleep and exercise. Even if I'm at an event, I still go to bed at a reasonable time, so I can get up early enough to exercise beforehand. It's like a date I keep with myself.

That is another clue, keep your promises to yourself, in other words, stay in alignment with your values. It raises your frequency to maintain integrity, even to yourself.

  •  Getting into a state of gratitude quickly increases your frequency, as does getting out of stress, and taking a deep breath and centering yourself is like a minute meditation that instantly calms you. Thus, the more at ease you are, the more your body is in a state of healing.
  •  if you are stressed out a lot, that's why you get sick very, very easily. You get so stressed out that your body is tearing itself down. That's one reason you should have a night routine before going to bed; to help release all that energy of the day. Even if it's just cutting all of the old stuff, it could be taking a shower; it could be taking deep breaths, whatever is your routine for getting yourself calm."
