San Francisco Homicide Detective Bryan Clauser gives Medical Examiner Robin Hudson some new samples to test. Russian mobster Pavil "Fat Boy" Rockmanov was wounded in the gunfight between Dmitri Vasillof and mafia kingpin Frank Lanza. Pavil needs medical attention, but will that lead to trouble for Gennady Evanovich, Dmitri’s right-hand man?
