Jacine is co-founder of Matugga Distillers, which launched the first rum distillery in Central Scotland in 2018. Together with her husband Paul (Head Distiller), Jacine produces award-winning artisanal rums that are handcrafted from scratch at the family-owned distillery in Livingston.
