Spy Wednesday is traditionally thought of as the day Judas conspired with local authorities to betray Jesus.

CALL TO WORSHIP

Brothers and Sisters, our God is a loving Father
We come boldly to you, God. We are safe in your arms.

He invites us all to sit, none are turned away from this table.
We are hungry for life, God, fill us with yourself.

Our God is vulnerable with us,
He embraces us as we continue to throw punches,
He takes off his armor though we do not lay down our swords.
You alone are love, O God,
and to you we cry out Abba, Father.
