How to Start and Expand a Successful Business from Home with Lindsay Nead

Released Monday, 4th November 2019
Good episode? Give it some love!
Erica and Melissa sit down with Lindsay Nead, founder of Parker Talent Management, to discuss starting and expanding your own business, managing people and how to balance it all!
Lindsay Nead is a wife, a mom to one and a new puppy, and the founder of Parker Talent Management. She runs the company out of her house in Portland, Oregon and is originally from San Diego, California. She launched Parker Management back in 2017, originally because she was desperate for more time with her son. She hated being away from him at her 9-5 job and wanted to create a company where others that crave more time at home could work and, most importantly, thrive. Parker Management is now a team of 6, just recently bringing on another Talent Manager.
In this episode, Lindsay shares:

How to hire the right person for your business

The most important traits of those who work from home

How to relinquish control when managing employees

Why you have to spend money to make money

How to banish indecision once and for all

Her tips for navigating social media partnerships
