This is especially important with rapid company growth, alot of things come at you at once so having them all in one spot is nice.

Create hype around whatever you want. What you get excited about, your team will too.

Success has no pace. Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t forget to look left and right on your way to your goals or on your way up the mountain because at the end of the day, that’s why you’re doing this.
