I really wish I'd discovered this podcast earlier, but at least there is an awesome back collection to listen to! I absolutely love the detail they go into with some of the most iconic rock stars and rock acts across the ages. Bethanne and Leah are clearly good friends; their chemistry is excellent and they bounce off each other really well. I really like the fact that the subject matter is the star - Bethanne and Leah are respectful and passionate about the material and the show doesn't become an ego trip at any point. They sound authentic and are naturally funny and warm. I also like the fact that they are not worried about who listens; many podcasts that pull in good listening numbers become self aware and therefore quite 'vanilla' - not these ladies! Great job!

What more could you ask for in a podcast? It’s fun and informative. I learned more about The Clash than I though I knew all while laughing at these two the entire time. Great fun! I loved it.

I can tell a lot of work is put into each episode, but it is a really fun casual listen. You dont feel like you are being 'taught history,' and yet you learn cool stuff about some awesome rock musicians! Great podcast, ladies! Keep up the good work!

These ladies do a great job going over the history of some of my favorite musicians. And ya know what? Pantera IS adorable.

I just discovered this gem, and I am so glad that I did. I just listened to the Buddy Holly episode. So interesting and sad! Even if you know the story, I guarantee that you will learn something new. Cool chicks, cool content, cool show. I'm definitely going to be listening to more episodes. I can't wait to hear what these ladies say about Stevie Nicks and Heart. More women talking about music and rock n’ roll! I love it, and I’m here for it. These women both take great care with their research and going over it on the show. They cover a lot of artists I love and some I don’t know anything about at all, so it’s fun to learn! I also enjoy hearing some of my favorite artists’ histories again. This is a fun and informative listen! Check it out!

After stumbling across this podcast, it quickly jumped into my move ahead in the queue list--full of great info and engaging content. It's music history in the most fun way possible.

Absolutely great way to learn about rock history and some of the biggest bands of the genre. The format of Bethanne and Leah taking in turns to tell the story of these artists makes you feel as if you're with them also learning. The passion for listening to music shines through from the hosts, and there's a constant positive feeling throughout. Leah and Bethanne also are great interviewers, instantly forming rapports with guests and getting answers to life's ultimate question: if you were a cereal, which one would you be and why? One of the podcasts I put to the top of episode queue whenever a new episode is released.

The hosts, Leah and Bethanne, have a fantastic rapport together. The research and storytelling is incredible and so informative. While they are empathetic and respectful, they are also humorous and so engaging. I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
