Happy New Year!   For many people the new year is a time for reflection and goal setting.  And for companies that often means it’s performance review time!   For some people this is a stressful time, or drives up our anxiety, no matter if you are concerned about the feedback or hoping for a promotion.  But don’t worry, we got you!
