A high salt and sugar intake can result in serious ‘bad things’ happening to your insides that will affect your health and fitness. Be aware of how much of each is going into your body.
Should try to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. You will come up with plenty of excuses for not doing this. None of those excuses are valid.

 You don’t want to miss too many workouts, but if you miss a workout here or there naturally, you will not miss out on too much.    
The healthiness in often negligible, but it is more about the difference in time and money spent than calories per meal.
We all have issues with maintaining priorities. You are never too busy for whatever your priorities are. If you are too busy to exercise, you has not placed exercise as an priority.
Whether two-legged or four, human or canine, getting a buddy to help you stay consistent with your workouts and on track with your diet is an easier than you think.
Keep your shoes by the door. Lay your workout clothes out the night before. Keep a bag of gear packed and in your car. Keep water bottles at the ready. Keep healthy snacks in stock. Prepare in advance to help your workouts go smoother.
Add some flare to your health and fitness goals and you’ll have a better chance of reaching and maintaining them.
