In this episode, Jamie Watkins opens up about her journey to finding happiness and self-love. Born and raised in Central Jersey, Jamie's path to happiness was influenced by the tragic passing of her brother when she was just nine years old. Jamie's journey led her accomplishing many of her personal milestones. However, these achievements did not bring her the happiness she had hoped for. Instead, she found herself in a toxic marriage, realizing that she had never taken the time to truly know herself beyond the roles of being a wife and mother.

Determined to find true happiness and purpose, Jamie embarked on a self-love journey to discover her identity and lean into her purpose. She found solace in her faith, recognizing that she was created with a purpose and that her experiences, both positive and negative, were part of a bigger plan.

Through her experiences, Jamie learned the importance of mental wellness, self-love, and purpose. She encourages women to embrace their stories, knowing that they are equipped with everything they need to create the life they desire. Jamie's book, "My Piece of Happy," chronicles her journey and serves as a guide for women seeking to find happiness and purpose in their own lives.
