This podcast has really helped me sleep a lot better (understatement). When I go to bed, that’s when my mind goes into worry / panic mode of what’s ahead etc. The room and surroundings are calm, and the thoughts in my mind start screaming within and taunting me. I used to lay and bed in near panic most nights. Now, I just turn on the podcast, and the mental thoughts start to race, as always, but they are tamed and silenced within 20-30 min (at most).
My daughter, who is a busy college student, told me how much this podcast helps her so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Thanks Scooter for helping so many find our much needed mental, emotional, and physical rest so we are better able to take on the following day. I want to add that I, as others, had to give it a few tries before it helped. I think I had to learn to trust the speaker with my thoughts that I instinctively held onto so closely. As the voice and pattern became familiar, my guard lessened allowing the overall process to work as intended.
