Dr. Tommy Wood completed a degree in biochemistry at Cambridge University before studying medicine at Oxford. After working for two years as a doctor in central London, he is now researching neonatal brain metabolism for his PhD. He believes in a whole-foods approach to diet, and that food, movement, sleep, community, and the outdoors should be at the core of the treatment for any illness.
