Ivan and his team leader Sean Uyehara are throwing Social Media Happy Hours and Digital Bootcamps for REALTORS®️ in the Las Vegas area to help them create content and form a digital marketing strategy that is both visually appealing and helps those agents tell their story in a such sincere way that many of them start to see results right away!

In this episode, Ivan discusses his background in social media agency work for Fortune 500 companies when digital marketing was really in its infancy stages. His parents were in the real estate and mortgage business growing up and when his entrepreneurial spirit started to flourish within he saw an opportunity to apply his knowledge of effective content creation to the mortgage industry! His willingness to teach agents who were a who were clueless on where to start with video and social media marketing (and lord knows there’s no shortage them right now) has helped him form strong relationships with Realtors partners.

Since Ivan has the skill to attract business from both the consumer and his realtor partners from his digital marketing skills he’s one if the few mortgage pros who can reciprocate business with his Realtor partners which is another added benefit to the agents he works with to serve their clients together!
