We are back with another Deadly (not so) Short, and today we have our first guest! We're happy to welcome a friend of ours, Chris Patton, to the show today. Chris is a voice actor (he has narrated several audio books, and provided voices for several video games and Anime.) Erin and O'Dell both know Chris from their time working together in various theatrical productions in Houston.
We start the show with an introduction and a trip down theater-memory lane before finally jumping into the topic at hand (that's what chapters are for, right?)

First, we address a few listener questions and then move to revisiting past episodes. Chris provides some thoughts on episode 1 and 2 (specifically spontaneous human combustion from episode 2 and the Cecil Hotel from episode 1.) Most of the remaining discussion hinges around the ax attack at Cline Falls and the Villisca Ax murders (from episode 7). O'Dell and Erin give quick follow-ups on the open cases they mentioned in the first Deadly Short and then it's time for listener stories. Since Chris is with us today, we give him the floor and he tells us about some creepy things that have happened along Patterson Road in West Houston.

Since we're coming up on our month of Halloween fun, Chris shares some stories of his time working in LA as a scare actor in Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. Which maze did he work in? Which celebrities did he scare? Listen to find out!
