Tatiana Forero Puerta is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. A graduate of Stanford and New York Universities, she is the author of YOGA FOR THE WOUNDED HEART: A Journey, Philosophy, and Practice of Healing Emotional Pain (Lantern Books, 2018) and Cleaning the Ghost Room (Able Muse Press, 2019). With over 1,000 hours of training in various modalities and over a decade of teaching experience, Tatiana’s work explores the process of healing from deep wounds and trauma through the yogic paradigm. Tatiana is also core faculty at Peaceful Generation Now, a NY-based mindfulness program focused on bringing mindfulness to schools. www.yogaforthewoundedheart.com
