In 1903, a series of animal attacks left the village of Great Wyrley on edge. George Edalji, a local solicitor, was thought to be behind the attacks. Tried and convicted, Edalji maintained he was innocent. Famous author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle took on the case as he believed it to be a miscarriage of justice. Rachael details events and the aftermath which changed UK Law. 

Staying in the UK but crossing the border to Scotland, Theo explores folklore transforming into hysteria. In 1953, a supposed vampire prowled the Gorbals South Necropolis and gobbled up the local children. Frightened and without adult help, the children of Gorbals took matters into their own hands...
