Welcome back to another edition of what the hell is he gonna write here this week!! There is also a podcast to listen to where Sam and Matt talk the Hugo Lloris news, Sonny, answer fellow fan questions and also look ahead to the game against Manchester United.

However we all know you are here just to see what I write. Well this week nothing that amazing. I am pretty tired. Took me two hours to edit this podcast and even then I sound rubbish, sorry about that, I think I have a cold coming. There is a competition to win a new shirt, you need to rate us 5 stars and write a nice review with the phrase this podcast is so good I don't need 8 winks or something like that... I have forgotten already.

Anyone have any good brownie recipes by the way? My daughter wants to make some, sure I could look it up online or in one of the 10 cook books I have... where is the fun in that?
