Delta and other airlines are facing headwinds from weather and rising cases of omicron, but Delta CEO Ed Bastian predicts a travel rebound at the end of February. After lobbying the CDC to shorten quarantine guidelines from 10 to 5 days to mitigate airline staffing issues, Delta is now facing backlash from the Association of Flight Attendants and its president, Sara Nelson.
