Granville Mayers is an athletic specimen - a fact that simply cannot be argued. It was at the age of 5 that he first became aware of this. He was way faster and far more explosive than the other kids on the soccer field and by the time he was in the 8th grade, he was dunking!

Later, playing just about every sport there was, it seemed like his football abilities would make him out to be one of the NFL greats, but all the success made it’s way to his head. He never did make it to the NFL but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

With a whole new outlook on life, he’s now a 14x powerlifting world champion and owns an eminent body transformation gym. Far more than a trainer, this coach has worked with Tristian Thompson, Big Daddy Kane and thousands of others. He doesn’t just transform bodies, he transforms minds ...and it all started with his own.
