Yelena Yermolenko, born and raised in Russia, immigrated to Canada in 1997.  After having multiple jobs from real estate to selling cars, she has found her true calling in helping people transform their lives through dance and personal training.  She not only helps people get into good physical shape, she also shows them how much of an impact our thoughts have on our life and in turn everything that surrounds us!

 Some things you will learn:

• When you can’t believe in yourself, you need to believe in somebody else’s belief  in you until your own belief catches up!
• You need to let go of certain things before something better comes to you
• Fear will kill anything.  So do not be afraid, just Step into the Jungle!
