Listener questions: v
Jamie – How did Mark get to California?
Mimi – I want to know more about Brad.  Did the police write him back?  Has Mark responded to his letter?
Kate – Has the mayor ever been asked his thoughts on a crime committed against a child in his town that has gone unsolved for so long?
Margaret – Have any members of Doreen’s family submitted DNA to ancestry sites?  I don’t expect they’d find her but might bolster the case that she’s not alive.
Josh - You spoke in one episode about a FOIA request for the Bethel police department.  What documents do you believe they could share?
Deanna - When the park ranger saw Mark, did he chase after him? How did the ranger not catch him if he was carrying something large?
Samantha – What made this case be classified as a homicide?  Was there some evidence that suggests she’s definitely not alive?
Amy and Jacqueline  – Is there anything being done to find Doreen with dogs?  Like in the cement at the house, or Huntington State Park, where Mark has so many emotional connections?  With it now being homicide, will state or federal help be provided?
Mimi – I have questions on the front porch and the foundation.  What is absolutely true and what is rumor?  I am not convinced she’s there.
Skip – With the new podcast and FOIA hearings, and the case being classified a homicide, do you think the added pressure is going to make someone slip up, or roll over on someone to save their ass?
Skip – Do you have any idea what the WPD is doing differently since this case was classified as a homicide?  Are they re-interviewing witnesses?
Josh - Do you believe Doreen’s murder was a manslaughter situation or something more calculated?
Andrea – do you think it’s more important to find her even if it means nobody is successfully prosecuted, or to get a conviction but not be given her location?  I know if would be ideal to have both location and conviction, but there are scenarios that only involve one or the other, and I’m wondering if you’d accept either or would hold out for both.
