We are approaching the end of the first quarter of the year, and this is an excellent time to be taking stock of where you are on your path in your business for the year. Are you on the right track to hit your goals, or are you veering off in the wrong direction?

I reveal my three-part strategy: Tracking, Reviewing and Analyzing. These three things are something you should be doing in relation to your business plan, on a consistent basis. It’s not about blindly sticking to your plan, but tweaking your plans to get to the ultimate goal you're seeking; the secret lies in Constant And Never-ending Improvement (CANI). I share an example of a client I worked with, and my step-by-step process to help her get aligned with her business plan and stay on track to reach her goals.
