Rich German was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book "Monetize Your Passion", and founder of the Gen Why Project which benefits homeless children. Rich is also the creator of Epic Coaching Academy, which is designed to help coaches live their passion and teach others to do the same.

Rich talked about how he lost his home and his marriage, and then ultimately quit his job because he realized the company he was working for wasn't in alignment with his core values. From there, Rich started his own coaching business. We discussed how to find your passion, and more importantly why people tend not to pursue their dreams.

Rich also talked about how he helps coaches build their audience and establish meaningful relationships with their clients. Finally we talked about how important giving back in business really is. More specifically, we talked about how he has tied his book to charity, and the TV show that he has filmed that seeks to help homeless kids discover and live their dreams.
