Ron Klein, inventor of the magnetic credit card strip, was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is also responsible for creating the MLS listing system for the real estate industry, as well as the automated bond quotation system for the NYSE.

We talked about how he was from a family that encouraged creativity and problem solving skills. In addition, we talked about seeing opportunity and acting on it quickly, as well as seeing everything as a challenge and not a frustration. It enables us to see difficult situations more productively.
