Show up for yourself!
- When you aren’t taking care of yourself, there is a lack of love.
- You need to show up for yourself! There needs to be intrinsic motivation. It can’t all come from a coach.
- When you show up for yourself, you show those you love that you care about being around for the long haul.
- You deserve to show up for those you love!
How to Prioritize fitness
- You DO HAVE time for fitness. You may just not be prioritizing it.
- You need to understand WHY you want to be fit.
Fit through love
- Love is essential.
- Fitness can be a tool to strengthen relationships.
- It is also important to love yourself.
- 1 Define your self-worth
- 2 You then develop self-trust
- 3 Finally you get to self-love
- Positive selfishness. You need to take care of yourself first.
Motivation
- Fitness is a lifestyle.
- A motivator can be ego and wanting to be macho.
- This can be a great motivator, but a stronger motivator can be love. Being motivated by relationships is powerful.
- There is nothing wrong with wanting to have abs or biceps.
- There should be a deeper, more meaningful why, though.
- People say: “I want to feel better.”
- The problem with “better:” you can always be better. What does better look like? You need to define it.
Making time for yourself
- You invest in your business
- You invest in your family
- You invest in so many things. Why are you afraid to invest in yourself?
- You are worthy, simply because you breath.
- You are successful because of who you are.
- Be creative! If you feel like you don’t have time because of your kids, go outside and play with your kids as a workout.
- Think outside of the box!

Relationships and Fitness
- It’s harder to live a fit life without the support of your partner.
- A way to explain why fitness is important to you and encourage them to join you on the journey.
- Step 1: Ask for what you want.
- Step 2: Explain how important it is to you.
- Step 3: Express appreciation.
Can I do it on my own?
- A coach or mentor can help you get where you want to be faster.
- You can do it on your own, but it is harder to keep yourself accountable.
Physical fitness can effect EVERY aspect of life
- This is incredibly important because EVERY other area of life is effected by physical fitness.
