This is one of the most important podcasts available to the public. I cannot recommend it to enough people-- the topics he researches lay bare the human condition of greed and self-importance. The distrust of aristocracy, power, and money is not as prevalent as it should be amongst the classes, but I think this concerned citizen has the right idea. He is straight to the point with a dry scathing wit and facts to backup the criticism. You'll never look at a financier or banking institution the same again.

I wholeheartedly mean this when I say that of all the podcasts I listen to- Swindled is always the podcast that I look forward to and crave the most. I absolutely LOVE podcasts. I love the wide range of different information, and presenters this media has exposed me to. Yet, as much as I want to spend every one of my pennies supporting every single creator that puts out content that leaves me feeling in awe of the world we live in, unfortunately I can only afford to donate to very little. However, Swindled is so compellingly refreshing, and A Concerned Citizen so consisely articulate, subtly humorous and captivating that I HAD to contribute to get access to the bonus episodes and content. Of all the true crime podcasts I've listened to, there isn't one so cleanly put-together while simultaneously delivering a new, fascinating topic every single, solitary episode. I can't wait to see what ACC puts out in the future, as I only see it getting better and better as his content gets the recognition it deserves.

I have heard of some of these stories before, but not in this level of detail. The others are new to me and shocking. Some of these criminals are clearly in need of help, but others are just...evil people. It's chilling. The stories are amazing. This is one of my favorite podcasts, highly recommended.

Swindled is one of the best podcast out there. I recommended this podcast to all my coworkers and friends. It's great if you're in the mood to listen to storytelling about con artists and such. My favorite episode is The Formula (Nestle Boycott).

This podcast if full of content that manages to be entertaining, informational, and infuriating. Through stories of scandals, greed, and corruption Swindled gets to the ugly face behind the mask of white collar crime. (I also credit it with being the only podcast that can talk about FIFA and still keep me engaged. )

Currently the best podcast if your looking into white collar crime, loved "The Mayor" episode on Kwame Kilpatrick

Critical, intelligent, sometimes shocking, always interesting.

Had potential but the injection of the host’s political views ruins virtually each and every episode. The narrator (apparently it’s a one man show so he’s all positions) can come across as smug and a know-it-all. It’s off putting. It’s a real shame that this guy can’t stop sniffing his own farts because this show could be really okay. I was especially motivated to leave this review as the host said he’d give prizes in exchange for reviews on here. He didn’t pander for “5-star reviews” like most hosts, which is respectable.

I love this podcast. His voice may be very mono toned, but he shows little to no bias. He explains facts and all of his information can be found on the website. It’s easily my favorite podcast!!

Tells Stories That Most People Want Touch...

So enjoyable! The subject matter is often difficult to listen to, but the story is told in such a way that you want to hear more and more. The narrators voice is calming and doesn’t take away from the story. The stories are well researched and told clearly and entertainingly. Well done ACC!! Thanks for an amazing show! My only complaint is that there are so few episodes and we have to wait so long between episodes!

In the beginning I wasn't into the host's monotone voice but coupled with the eerie backing track and excellent sound design I think it contributes to the evilness behind the stories told. Very nice!

Swindled is my favorite podcast, hands down. Not just favorite true crime podcast, but favorite podcast ever. I wish the "concerned citizen" had time to make one for me daily. However, I know that is a crazy request. Swindled is well done, well written, well researched, and I like the small bit of personal opinion the "concerned citizen" includes in each episode. I also love the pre-story that he connects to the main story. This podcast is amazing. I hope the "concerned citizen" is making bank off of this genius podcast. I love it!!!

This is one of the best podcasts out there. The host is witty and has a dry sense of humor. I am always anticipating the next episode and recommend it to all of my friends that like podcasts!
