A woman's worth is such an important topic. I know many women who are so comfortable in giving, helping and nurturing others. But when it comes to receiving, for example, asking for a promotion, pay rise or even accepting a straight-up compliment, they may find it uneasy. When we are not open to receiving, we are playing small. A woman's worth is not measured by how much we sacrifice, but oddly enough, it has something to do with how open we are to receive and to shine.
