This is the first podcast I've listened to and I love it. I found Kate on youtube, where she first inspired me to try to recover. When I relapsed a few months later it was Kate's podcast that pushed me to continue my recovery journey and not give up. This is a very informative, positive podcast that I recommend to anywone struggling with diet culture, disordered eating or an eating disorder. Thank you Kate!
