I like to consider Tales of the Fandom as a sibbling of my own show (I hope the host David G. doesn't mind). The reason is that it is one of the few show which rather than going very deep into the detail of this show, that movie or book collection, it is about the people who love these things. It is about the fan themselves, what is their walk of life, what their fandom has brought to them along their path and so on. It is very positive and cool. The passion of David's guest is contagious. I think one day, after listening about another cool cosplayer, I will snap and my a costume for myself. I think I will start with a costume of a soldier from The Garrison (駐屯兵団 Chūton Heidan) in Attack on Titan. It will be an easy start as I am already portly and bearded unlike David's guests who can pull off a Sailor Moon (sadly I can't / I prefer Mercury anyway).
