As someone who watches LOTR at least once every year, this podcast feels like coming home. That being said The Nova Realm is a completely original fantasy podcast, and I'm not comparing it to LOTR, there are just a few nods to other stories of the genre which is something I love a lot!As for the story itself, it focuses on Hero of Crescent Moon, a Chosen One with a tragic past who is looking for a new purpose. He's soon joined by the wizard Alzidor, the pure hearted Griff, Crog the gentle bard and Nym the elf who's out for revenge. They best creatures together, uncover mysteries and look for ways to defeat a Godess.The audio, writing and production of this are incredible, I truly love the pacing especially. There's always something happening but at the same time it doesn't feel like the characters are falling from one adventure into the other without rest. The story also has dark bits but that being said there's always a hopeful undertone which is LOVELY!! I truly love this. Also! Steven Carr is incredibly talented!

This story telling podcast has incredible sound design! It really stands out and the voice acting is just as amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone into RPG's or classic fantasy fiction storytelling!
