Released Wednesday, 3rd March 2021
Good episode? Give it some love!
This Special Episode: Simon and Taff, return to bring you a very very special episode of the talk hockey radio podcast on the 70th Anniversary of the Wembley games. We're joined by former captain Kate Richardson-Walsh and Wembley era captains Anita White, Maggie Souyave and Co-Author of 'The Magic of Wembley' published by The Hockey Museum and available on their website www.thehockeymuseum.net

Hear first hand accounts from the legends of hockey that took part in the games, talking about the historical Wembley years. It was the first ever women's sport to be played at Wembley and secondly we believe it quite possibly could have been the largest crowd ever to have watch a women's sport game, let alone hockey, in a stadium, although this hasn't been confirmed.
