I listened to Tameras ‘Don’t Rush Challenge’ episode and really enjoyed her candid conversation on toxic traits. I love hearing how she worked on her own toxic traits and recognizing how to not continue those behaviors. It really was just a refreshing topic and has left me with thinking on some things I may need to work on myself!!

This is such a good show! She's relatable, likeable, with just enough humor to balance the heartbreak. She's like the aunt that everyone needs, the one that loves you unconditionally and will tell you the unvarnished truth no matter how ugly. I need more of that in my life...so I listen...and you should too.

I might just be in love with Tamara. This woman is straight spittin' fire. I normally listen to three random episodes before I write a review. I randomly picked the first part of the toxic relationships three parter. I was hooked, and had to hear the other two parts. Tamara just lays it down like it is, but it's not all just opinions. She provides facts and literal definitions of terms and phrases so the listener can get a good grasp of what she's talking about. I cannot recommend her enough. Give her a listen. You won't regret it.
