In the Philippines, "tapa" is a type of dried or cured meat. It's also my initials, which is probably why I'm rather tough, mostly salty, needlessly oily, and overall an acquired taste. Nothing special, just random thoughts on pop culture, communication theory, personal development, and life in general.
