Knowing what you actually want is the most vital element of success and fullfilment.

Men that are not clear on this are left only to focus on what they don't want.

What they are not enjoying in the present.

Focusing on what you do not want is like sitting in your own shit wondering what the smell is!

Today I created a new vision board. It follows on nicely from last weeks topic of meditation, and it is all part of the P in my POWER CODE for PURPOSE.

If you were clear on what you wanted but it now feels like it is slipping through your fingers this is more of the same.

Desperately holding onto a previous vision that now is not working out. I went there as my marriage crumbled.

One of the strongest reasons men feel lost is when the goal they are aiming for feels like it is slipping through their fingers.

So it's time to put a great big stop to that and take back control.

Get clear on what you want, where you are headed and what you want the journey to be like. Only then can you MAKE IT HAPPEN.

A vision board is one of the first tasks in the POWER CODE work. When you find it hard to create one it is becuase you are disconnected from what you want and hence, any belief that you can make it happen.

That is the very essence of the value of this exercise for you.

You need to be clear on what you want. So that it is right at the top of your mind. Crystal clear so that every decision and action is grounded in being part of that vision. That is where you find your clarity and confidence.

So no, a Vision Board is not woo woo, a waste of time or nonsense.

It is about you taking control and everything else falling in behind it.
