Ad placement in the middle of a guided meditation is certainly a choice. I would recommend finding a podcast that respects your time and isn’t just looking to greed out.

Dan Harris is a standing for the everyman and everywoman, asking simple questions of the both the spiritually accomplished and spiritual seekers on their Buddhist and Buddhist-inspired meditative paths to eliminating the fear, anxiety, and craving induced by the modern world.

Dan's a great host. I think what really makes a podcast great is when the host is sincerely curious about the subject. And Dan is curious! Thanks for this.

An excellent supplement for those of us trying to develop a meditation/mindfulness practice. I've enjoyed the social justice consciousness he's bringing to recent shows.
