I start off by unintentionally going down a road I don’t normally go down. But hey, it’s real life. I can’t believe I stopped journaling, but I did. There’s a saying we’ve all heard that if taken to heart, could change our lives. I go a little deeper into that. I have figured out you can’t be grateful without having empathy and how you can make this work for you in your life.
