I haven’t had time to keep up watching Drag Race but have been keeping up through social media and what not to see who wins. These guys have been an amazing find to get the show recaps and tea. I love their conversation and vibe as well!!
Well well well. That intro sets the tone for this show perfectly. Before I get in to it, my favourite quote of the podcast so far: “Thanks for coming the most.” ?The hosts have a great time making this show and that helped me to have a great time too, despite only having seen bits and pieces of the RuPaul show they actually cover. This show summarises the episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race and it’s almost like being sat at home watching it with your friends. All the hosts have something to contribute/their own take and all are clearly familiar with the source material. All the hosts are really likeable too and comfortable with each other. The audio quality is good and there are even a few intervals/backing tracks here and there to break up the show and keep things fresh.Overall, this is a really enjoyable, fun show that I hope finds its audience and brings a little smile to peoples faces.
I would like this show. Even though I've performed at multiple gay bars, PRIDE festivals and Drag competitions as a stand up comic, Drag Race isn't really my thing. The only people I know from there are RuPaul (because hey, Covergirl) and Pandora Boxxx (because she did that song Cooter!). Then I listened to Thanks for Coming! and oh my God! These men know their ladies and they are able to break down the show with humor and intelligence and made me realize that maybe, I should give Ru Paul's Drag Race another look. These guys are awesome!
Great show! These hosts are a pleasure to listen to. They are sharp, funny and flawlessly witty. They play off one another so well, and quip like nobody’s business. They are so well informed on Drag Race and know how to critique a lewk. Open this library with a subscribe and a rating! And don’t —— it up!
I love listening to them discuss the latest episodes and the contestants. It's a great recap and their conversations are great!
Seth, Stoney and Jamal have such natural, addictive chemistry. I started at Episode 127, but I get the sense you can hop-on at any point with TFC and immediately feel like part of the group.I'm not a regular viewer of Ru Paul's Drag Race (for my sins) but I loved all the meta-talk of a world I'm unfamiliar with. I joined in the middle of the season and the hosts still managed to recap me on where different Queens are at in the competition.Being able to listen to people talk passionately about the thing they love, without the pressure to also directly be involved with that world, gives you a great feeling. Thanks for Coming absolutely nails that feeling.TFC's passion for Drag Race is infectious, and even if I don't start watching the show - I now have a podcast to recommend to my friends who do!Maybe each episode could be a little shorter? But at the same time it was really useful getting a lot of information as a first-time listener/non-Drag Race viewer. Also, the Fantasy Drag Race League is an absolutely brilliant idea.Excellent audio quality - Perfect for background listening or an engaged hangout with some hilarious friends. They made me smile at a time where the world needs more laughs. What a lovely podcast!
Seth, Stoney, and Jamal make me laugh so much - I love their banter, the shade they throw makes me cackle, and their friendship really shines through in this podcast. I'll admit - I don't watch much Drag Race, but the way they recap each episode, I almost don't need to. Hearing their thoughts on the contestants, the challenges and more is a delightful way to spend an afternoon. Don't sashay away from this show - you won't be disappointed.
This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts! They were lifesavers at the beginning of this dang panini and are always fun and entertaining.
RuPaul? Who's she? This is one of the best RuPaul's Drag Race podcast that I have ever heard of. It's boots-the-house-down, mama! I thoroughly enjoy this show so much and can mostly agree with their opinions. *Tongue pop* Yas, Queen! Love it!
I absolutely love this podcast! The guys are so funny and I wished I lived near them so we could hang out. The content is spot on, the chemistry is on fire and they are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!
So much fun!I love, love, love this podcast! The hosts are so entertaining and funny, and they have great chemistry with each other. Plus, they have so much enthusiasm for Drag Race and its contestants. I always have to tune in to find out who their favorites are from the current season and get their take on all the latest episodes of the show.
I am all about this show! It is everything you need in your life right now. Quarentine is some strange times...this show will bring the magic back into your life. I love it. Highly recommended.
