When do we need to begin to consider end of life care for our loved ones?  For many of us we are long overdue.  Do we truly realize the importance of planning ahead as far as being a caregiver and one who needs care?These difficult thoughts questions and concerns must occur in order to have a smooth transition from what was to what is to come.  Liz Craven of Sage Aging, shares with me the importance of making so many of these decisions and having these conversations long before many of us realize.  As early as 18 years old!
