Kelly tells us why nutrition and amino acid therapy is important especially when addressing Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (PAWS) and how she implements a holistic model with each of her clients to help them achieve and sustain wellness. Kelly and Maegan discuss eating for your blood type, the pros/cons of the keto diet, and how amino acids played a pivotal role in helping Maegan manage her mental health symptoms and eliminate pharmaceuticals medications from her life.
