This week, MissMaeg records from the home studio and chats with Michelle Lipinski from MTV’s new hit reality show, 16 and Recovering. Michelle is the Founder/Principal of North Shore Recovery High School in Beverly, MA and shares with us her intention for launching such an innovative program.

Maegan and Michelle talk about the TV show and how it captured the real struggles of young people who are facing life and death over their substance use plus the criticism Michelle has faced by utilizing such an approach, what needs to be done about it, and why Michelle finds this kind of work so instrumental and rewarding.
