I won't lie - the journey to a happier life isn't an easy one. It takes awareness, effort, time and strong will. Providing personal (e.g. I changed schools 10+ times, lived in 7+ countries, divorced, cut toxic people out of my life) and other examples in each episode, I hope to motivate and empower you to start making sustainable life changes.
