Macdonald, and so says author John Boyko, whose latest book, "Sir John's Echo: A Voice for a Stronger Canada," argues that the federal government should hold the majority of power in this country. Boyko joins Steve Paikin to discuss why our national government leads Canada's national progress, and why premiers and their provincial governments should be left to deal with local matters.
