Hello again, my brothers! Welcome to another episode of The Alpha Male Coach. Today, I\'m zooming out to look at the big picture, talking about general concepts associated with an alpha male lifestyle. Now, you already know the universal truth about circumstance and existence being neutral, and that our consciousness is then laid on top of this, and how this leads to the duality of oneness as our thoughts experience themselves, and how in turn, this drives our actions and creates a self-perpetuating loop. 

What I want to get into today is how we make changes to our T line, our thoughts, and what this enables us to then do. You’ll come to understand that the only way to change thoughts is to replace them with other thoughts, and when we make these adjustments, it takes time to form a new belief. There is a natural progression from thought, to feeling, to action, to belief; we have all experienced this. What I want to propose, brothers, is to rewire this loop so that we can escape the age of punishment, and move into a new world of information and transparency!

This means that we need to reimagine our instinct to blame ourselves and others when things “go wrong.” This is our conditioning and is rooted in the illusions that we absorb through socialization. One of the biggest effects of this is our tendency to hide in fear of punishment, and our connection to ideas of shame, blame, lying, and so on.
