In this episode, I am going to explain a significant facet of what it means to walk the alpha path. Today, what I want to talk to you about is the balancing of duality. Balancing duality is something that every religion has taught in some form or another. Being able to balance duality is another step towards cognitive mastery, enabling you to live a life of confidence, love, and freedom. Today, I will offer you another type of duality that differs from what I have previously spoken about, love and freedom.

This is a relationship episode because love and freedom are determined by our relationship, not just with people but with the world around us. First, it is essential to remember the difference between the beta and alpha way; the beta is the worldly path, and the alpha is the spiritual one. Healing the duality in our lives is the spiritual path and focuses on releasing blocked energy within ourselves. The dualities I have spoken about before require a choice, but the duality I will offer you in this episode is a function of both.

Love and freedom are not feelings. They are an energetic duality. From the alpha perspective, love and freedom are energetic opposites, just like the sun and the moon is. I know this might be a difficult concept to grasp as love and freedom are perceived together, but I am talking about them on an energetic level. The alpha way is to choose to put attention or focus on something or someone, choosing to be aware of that energy, and choosing to love that energy. Freedom is choosing to let that energy free, however, what you need is a balance between the two.
