And while society is much more focused on mental health, it feels like “hustle culture” is worse than ever these days. Frankly, a lot of hustle culture is total B.S.

That’s why I welcomed a great friend of mine Chris Haddad onto the podcast today.

He’s one of the best copywriters in the world, and someone who isn’t shy to let people know that he’s struggled with mental illness in the past. 

Chris suffers from Bipolar II disorder, and we dove deep into how he was able to overcome some BIG challenges and become the amazing person he is today.
