Today, we talk with Alan Dershowitz, renowned lawyer, professor, and scholar of U.S. constitutional and criminal law. We talk about his childhood and upbringing, and how this influenced his decision to become a lawyer. We discuss the beginnings of his career, including how he became the youngest professor to ever teach at Harvard. We then discuss the change in the dynamic of the college classroom and the entitled behavior of the newest generation. We discuss the importance of free speech, due process, education, and conflicting points of view. We talk about the loss of fundamental principles that led to our living in a “post-factual” society, and how, in the light of Alan’s recent accusation, the facts and evidence aren’t enough to clear his name.
