Many times we forget to live our present moment because we are more aware of what we will do in the future, and we feel attacked by a feeling of frustration and anxiety because we do not create a plan to achieve what we so long for. Listening carefully to others who can help us improve what we need is necessary to get out of the mental predicament we have, the solution must be found. I liked the podcast and I recommend it.
